My Love for Korean Dramas #6

You guys already know I’m heavily into K-pop, I’m not sure if I’ve every really mentioned that I love K-dramas too! I love them so much I sometimes wish my life was a K-drama!

I think in all I’ve watched about 13-14, not very many but I intend on watching a lot more! I have just finished Love Rain and absolutely loved it! I really want to review it for you guys! What do you think? I want to talk more on K-pop, Dramas and Korea I’m just never really sure if you guys would enjoy it. It would be my ultimate dream to travel to Korea, and someday, I will get there. But for the moment I’ll just stick to my K-dramas, K-pop, K-food and K-skincare :P.

Let me know below, would you like to hear more about my Korean obsession and reviews? I hope so, I know I’d really enjoy doing it!

Lets Talk about Moisture |Tesco Body Gel Aloe Review|#5

Recently I posted a mini haul (you can read it here) and in this haul I purchased two bottles of Tesco Aloe Vera body gel as I was suffering with terrible sunburn.

I was so impressed with this product that I decided that I really wanted to review it and share it with you.

I’m not usually one to stick to regularly moisturising my body, I really feel like I should do it more often but it really does feel like a chore to me! Plus I usually have to wait ages for the moisturiser to dry before I can touch any furniture or put my clothes on! I never really seemed worth it.

I guess after burning the hell out of my skin and seeing how great this product is, I don’t mind moisturising now!

I’ll start with the price. I purchased this for £3 as all the Aloe Vera after suns were quite expensive and this one looked like it would help with my burns just as good as the rest. I also felt like I was getting more for my money as the bottle is quite big.

After taking it home I had a freezing cold shower and applied it to my sunburn. It left a nice cooling effect, didn’t feel like it was irritating my skin and dried so quickly, like almost instant!! I started using it regularly and my skin had never been better! It helped take away the dry peeling skin and helped make my skin feel incredibly hydrated.

I was using it 4-5 times a day for a solid 3 to 4 days and haven’t even used a quarter of the bottle yet!

I definitely will continue to use this product as I’m still yet to find a fault with it and if I’m honest I don’t think I will. It’s cheap, you get a lot for your money, it smells great and dries really quickly! I’d definitely recommend it!

Memes of the Week #4

It a Sunday and I always find that Sundays are the most depressing day of the week. I mean, who wants to go to work tomorrow!!?? Not me!

I do I decided I’d fill this post with pictures instead of words and hopefully these pictures will bring a smile to your face :). All the memes I’ve posted are from my own collection, ones that I have saved onto my computer to cheer myself up when I’m feeling crap and believe me that happens quite a lot so I’ll have a fair few to share!

Here are some of my current favourites!!

I hope you enjoyed this post and if so, let me know below and I’ll do some more in the future! Maybe even make it a Sunday thing? 🙂

7 Day Post Challenge

All these challenges are coming about quite often now and I absolutely love doing them. I love doing them so much that I decided to create my own(forgive me if this idea has already been done)!

I sat for a while trying to figure out what I could do that would actually be a challenge for me and decided that I could do a post a day for seven days, as you should all know that I’m terrible at posting regularly.

So as of tomorrow I will be posting daily for seven days and I’m going to tag Emmimori to start it too.

The rules? there are none, just have fun! All you have to do is tag another blogger to pass it on!

Happy posting!!

My Personal Highlights of 2016

If you ask random people how they feel 2016 went for them, I can guarantee you the majority of them will say it was a bad year. In some ways I can agree that it wasn’t the best as I’ve had my fair share of downfalls, but I just learned to look past them.

I feel that sometimes we can take a lot of things for granted. I wasn’t able to do the things I wanted to this year like buy my own house and make a decent amount of money, but I  would still say some amazing things happened that I will never forget.

Here are my personal highlights of 2016:

I Travelled

It was just a seven day holiday to Corfu with Kieron but it was the most amazing experience that I got to share with him. It was the week of my birthday and on that day, we took a day trip to Albania. It was one of the most beautiful places I have even seen. Over the course of the holiday Kieron went scuba diving. I’ve never done it before and was so nervous but I thoroughly enjoyed it! During a trip to the beach we also got incredibly which was hilarious as we look like a pair of lobsters. I’m so grateful that I was able to take that trip and have so many memorable experiences.

I Moved Out

Another highlight was that I moved out of my parents home and into a place with Kieron. I was so homesick the first few weeks and cried non stop but now I see it as a home, my home. The feeling of having my own independence is amazing! Yes, we have to pay bills now and that’s where the majority of our income goes but I wouldn’t change it for the world. It’s awesome that I get to see Kieron everyday too. 🙂

I Got A New Job

I got quite ill during 2016 and so quit my job as an IT technician. I wasn’t happy there and the stress was making me feel a thousand times worse. I was out of work for a few months whilst looking for a new job with only Kieron’s income supporting us. Money got pretty tight and not once did Kieron try and push me into getting a job. It was so supportive and let me take it all at my own pace. After a few interviews I finally got a call with a job offer which I happily accepted. I now work in retail and love it!

I Became A Mrs-To-Be

Kieron and I had been talking about engagement for a while and he said he wanted it to be a surprise. So on the 5th November he picked me up for work and when I got in the car he gave me some clothes to change into (weird, right?). He drove us back to our flat and when I got inside, it was all dark. He took me to the living room I was surprised to see our families there, sitting in the candlelight! I was saying hello to everyone and when I turned around, he was down on one knee and popped the question. It was the happiest moment of my life. I really cant wait to marry Kieron and spend the rest of my life with my best friend and soul mate.

So even though I didn’t become a millionaire I still became rich. Rich with love, happiness and memories.

I didn’t get to buy my own house either, but I was given the opportunity to rent a flat and make it a home.

After all, it’s the little things that count.

Much Love,

Cazz xxx

Hello everyone!!!

First of all, I hope you had a great Christmas and a happy new year! I know I did!! I hope to get lots of comments from you all telling me what you got up to and what you got for Christmas, I wanna know!!

Did you make any resolutions this year? I don’t usually do that sort of thing as I never stick to it, but I decided this year, I would maker a resolution to focus on my health, my blog and make more time for myself. I’m getting  back into the routine of planning out my posts, tweeting, uploading to Instagram AND I’ve just opened up a FaceBook page for my blog. It would mean the world to me if you could check it out and give it a like as it’s pretty bare right now.

I’ve really missed blogging, it’s almost like its become apart of me and when I don’t do it or pay enough attention to it, I feel kind of empty inside. I suppose I drifted away from it because I’m still trying to figure out what I want to do in life. What I want my career to be. I spent ages thing, then I realized. It’s this. Blogging. I love it so much, I could sit for hours on end just writing posts, taking pictures and drafting my next update. I find it so exciting and I love being able to get creative. So I’m going to pay more attention to it :).

I hope you all had a wonderful new year!

And remember, if you could leave my Facebook page a like,  I will love you forever!!

Much love,

Where have I been!!??

Good evening everyone!I have been quiet for so long now but it really has been a couple of hectic months!! Where do I begin? I got a new job at Boots, the love of my life and my best friend proposed to me (of course I said yes :P), I’ve been contemplating a YouTube channel and I have also been working on a book!

I decided to change my job because I really wasn’t happy in my previous one. It had got to the point where i was struggling to go out the door every morning. I’d come home and just cry and I was really unhappy. My fiance told me to quit and look for another job, he would support us in the meantime, and so I did! Words cannot explain how thankful I was and am. I’ve found a job I love doing and I honestly couldn’t be happier :).

About a week ago, he also proposed to me. It was Saturday November the 5th and I was at work. He picked mt up at 5.30pm like normal but gave me some clothes to change into. I got home and when he opened the living room door, my family and his family were there. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! I was in suck shock i cried! It was one of the happiest days of my life! I’m not thinking about planning a wedding just yet, but when i do i might make a mini series of it so you can all keep up to date with it :).

If you’ve been reading my previous posts, you’ll know that I used to be a YouTuber (were talking years ago). I loved doing it but I found it was hard to build subscribers so I eventually gave up as I felt no one was watching the content I worked so hard to make. I moved to blogging because I enjoyed it and I was able to talk to people more easily and share my thoughts and ideas more easily and know they’ll get seen. When I’ve hit a certain amount of followers, I will definitely be making another channel and I really hope you’ll watch my YouTube journey.

last but not least. I’ve also been contemplating making a separate blog for a book I’m planning on writing. I’ve loved writing for as long as i can remember and have started it back up just recently. Kieron (my fiance) is really supporting of my writing and blogging and encourages me to write. I quite like to upload a new chapter every now and again for you all to read and give me feed back on. That’s all still in planning but watch this space 🙂

So, yeah, that’s pretty much why I was away for so long. What about you guys? What have you all been up to?

Much love
